Football Fever closing

closing time

Hello Springleapers.

Yep, today is the closing day for the Football Fever theme competition. This has been quite a huge one and the theme really got the creative juices flowing with many designers. I suppose with the build up to World Cup 2010 everyone’s minds must be flooded with awesome football related ideas.

The Township Bling competition has been absolutely crazy cool. I mentioned that the more hip hop style clothing wasn’t exactly my scene, but after seeing amazing designs like Taxi Wars and Blinging, I have made a 360 degree turnaround. I have my favourites, but the community has the last say in what will sway the outcome. I sure hope you have all cast your votes, otherwise but the pedal to the metal and vote vote vote!

When one door closes, another opens: The Hard of Rock theme competition is now in full swing and will start rocking your sox. Please get across to the site and vote for the awesome new designs when the next set opens. The designers have all worked really hard to get their stuff ready in time.

I have been watching the new designs come through for the Football Fever theme competition and I must say I am really excited. Of course I have a feeling who will win already…but then again I usually do LOL.

Duncs.

Shoreline may not be about football. However, it touches on the very soul of our beautiful country and showcases the natural splendour and diverse communities that make up our land.
This epic series that stands as a testament to our heritage in South Africa is perfect, in that, it not only makes you feel a deep love for your own country, but will also make foreigners understand just how special we truly are.
