Bad news for anybody who has already purchased their tickets for this year’s Coca Cola Zero Fest 2009.
It seems that 2 of the headlining international bands have decided to pull out at the last minute.
The two bands in question that have failed to meet their commitment are none other than Bullet for my Valentine and Red Jumpsuit Apparatus.
The last time I did a blog about the Zero Fest, I slammed the choice of line-up as I felt that they were mostly from a particular genre of music and did not cater for the guys and girls who wanted something a bit harder.
That blog got mixed responses, some saying that I didn’t know what I was talking about and some agreeing that the line-up was geared for a particular kind of fan.
In the present set of circumstances it’s difficult not to see the “BAD” in the situation….two bands have dropped out and given pretty shoddy excuses at the same time.
