Its super hero movie time once again…so it’s time to fly up Up and away…ok not quite.
At the moment there has been a plethora of super hero action movies, only last week I wrote a blog about the new Dark Knight flick, which was actually bloody brilliant.
The next super hero movie that is on my radar is one called The Spirit which has an all star cast of actors such as Gabriel Macht, Samuel L Jackson, Scarlett Johansson, Eva Mendes and Jaime King…yep that’s quite the trunk load of talent.
Ok, so they have a huge cast of great actors…but what is really drawing me to this movie?!, well besides the fact that The Spirit is a comic book from the 40’s, created by the now famous Will Eisner, who actually revolutionised cartoons and super heroes, it is also being directed by none other than Frank Miller…the master who brought us Sin City just a few years ago and more recently 300.
