Ello there G’s & G’s
Firstly, I have to warn you that the Tshirt of the Day is a bit of a weird one today.
Shark Piano by Craze is undoubtedly one of the more vicious and uncertain designs we have ever had.
Let’s have a look at this “interesting” design shall we.
Ok so I’ve heard of people getting annoyed with musicians when they play badly or don’t play the music they want to hear…but a shark so deranged with madness that it jumps out its tank, flops on stage and devours a pianist? Surely that a little…over the top.
Well apparently in the Craze world anything is possible. I just hope this doesn’t become a trend and we have great white sharks roaming the streets of Cape Town looking for noisy taxi drivers….then again I’m sure some people would pay them in fish to eat them LOL.
Honestly I haven’t got a clue about the message that’s trying to be put across here, but in some sick twisted way it is pretty funny. Craze you sure have a wacked sense of humour.
This bizarre design is definitely for the more open minded and outrageous amongst you, I don’t think I could wear this one out in public, let alone to a family function…what would granny say if she saw this one.
Maybe Craze’s parents forced him to play piano day in and day out, while all the other kids were watching the feeding times at the aquarium…who knows.
So what do u all think of this one, is it special, a little too special that it becomes “special”.
All I know is that I’m too afraid to go anywhere near a concert hall.
Be safe, pray you can run faster than land based sharks…..sand sharks? No no let’s not go there.
Duncs.

What is it with the judicial system in South Africa? When do they get anything done the right way?
I went to court last Thursday and boy was it a day to forget. I arrived half an hour early wanting to get out of there as quickly as possible. Wishful thinking. I left a good six, yes six, hours later. What a circus!
There were three cases being heard in the court and all three were adjourned. What a joke. I soon realised why there is such a backlog in the courts…it’s because nothing gets done. A thirty minute tea break took an hour and ten minutes, I am getting tense just thinking about it!
The guy we were pressing charges against had two names. So as he was being led down to the holding cells he was brought back up to be charged again for another offence! Welcome to Africa. So now I have to miss another day of work and go back to the courts on 2 April for what I know will be another day of utter misery. Surely the officials must know this is going on, but I think it must be a case of you scratch my back I scratch your back set up because it is impossible to ignore.
Wish me luck, because I am definitely going to need it!

*mosh mosh mosh*
Hey there music fans.
So tell me how many of you were lucky enough to go to this year’s MyCoke Festival?
Only one word can describe it…AWESOME.
Yesterday my girlfriend and I met up with a few friends at the Cape Town leg of the MyCoke festival and ROCKED THE PLACE.
Firstly I was very impressed with the turn out and I’m sure every year it will just get bigger and bigger.
I’ve been to some pretty huge international festivals and I’m hoping that if we keep it up we will soon be on the level.
South African crowds are infamously weak when it comes to turning out to see big international acts.
Great turnout this time everybody *high five*
Unfortunately, we weren’t in time to watch the Prime circle gig, which is without doubt, one of our best local talents. The Van Coke Cartel and Shy Guevaras played before Prime Circle, but according to the crowd they weren’t anything special, maybe thats because they had to compete with bands like Muse and Korn…sorry guys you still have a loooong way to go.
We pulled in just as 30 Seconds to Mars were setting up their gear and the crowds started to gather.
Let me give you a quick “run down” and personal opinions on each the acts
