Hey hey it’s the weekend and time again also for the Tshirt of the Day.
My conscience once again got the better of me, for weeks of non local gear exposure and so I’ve decided to use another very awesome Oshin design: Crows.
This is one rad design. Once again Oshin demonstrates his extra effort in the design of the actual garment with a spine seam running down the back of the shirt, looks mega funky. The design of the Crows and lightning bolts on the front are done with a fuzzy type of material called flocking, very different stuff which gives a creative edge.
The design of Crows is pretty abstract in my mind. Looking at it some of the themes are death related, like the skulls in the flowers and the crows settling. However theres also lightning bolts which suggest danger and fear (to some of us), but then at the top of the design there are strange alien type shapes that look like they come from an old Nintendo game….so as I said Crows is a truly abstract design. All in all the look in ominous, which I think looks insane cool.
