Anyone been watching Idols and ready to predict who is going to be the South African Idols winner this year?
I was looking forward to watching, but unfortunately I haven’t managed to catch a single one of the Idols shows since they started on MNET a few weeks back.
I did watch the extra Idols channel which shows the auditions stages for a few minutes, and some of the potential stars were hilarious and some were extremely talented. Guess that isn’t surprising!
And I did manage to catch the story on the web of Cliff Jennings. Interesting how there was huge media focus on the fact that Cliff Jennings wasn’t in fact Cliff Jennings but that was a few weeks ago, and I haven’t seen anything lately?
So who is going to win Idols this year? Who is the 2007 South African Idols star going to be?

in eSquared and local designers.
Hey there guys & gals.
I recently we caught up with James from Abstract productions, who is one of our local designers and asked him a few questions about himself and the brand. When asked what inspired him to start up his business, he responded by saying that he is always looking for new and interesting projects to throw himself into, hes always had cool designs that he wanted to use for tshirts and so he took the leap and entered the fashion world. James also likes to do things his way and create something that is freely available for others to see and judge for themselves, undoubtedly hes a megalomaniac at heart, but then again its a very common human trait, is it not?
James gets his inspiration from the world around him and general every day life, hes always in a constant frame of mind that is filtering what he sees and then processes it into funky tshirt designs, that Abstract Production is famous for. Whenever he gets a great idea he jots it down in his trusty cell phone, just in case he forgets and the idea is scattered on the wind for the rest of time. Sometimes when he tries to translate a thought into something visual, it just doesn’t work, but when it it does work and everything falls into place, its AWESOME.
