I got a couple of invites over to the superblasting party that went down on Saturday evening at Panama Room for the Durban July Afterparty - Chad (aka Mr White) organized me a couple of VIP passes for the door and unleashed us upon the unsuspecting populace. 
Thanks Chad - you and Coco (Coco Loco played a hand in this) totally rock!!!
The party consisted of 3 septate dancefloors. One was a more trancey house vibe manned buy DJ Coco Loco, DJ Dino Moran, DJ Lady Lea and also the (so hot right now) Goldfish crew - What an amazing line up. After Coco laid down some killer tracks, Lady Lea took over and then did a combined set with Dino. At 4AM the floor was still packed to the MAX!!
Upstairs, at VIP, I was just able to catch the end of the Deadly DJ Dumz’s set. Deadly Smooth that is. Following up were Agent K, Kingpin and Green Jr spinning phat house tracks.
Dancefloor 3 featured R&B with Ready D headling the show.
Let me tell you, the place was PACKED to the max!!!!
Well, the party was totally ROCKIN - so here’s a hearty WELL DONE to Mr White and his crew for the fantastic party!!! Mr White’s party at Panama room was definitely the place to be after the July.
Good news for all involved, victory at last, faulty
I have been to every club in Durban, a few in JHB and CT. As well as many in London and Manchester.
This is by far the worst club I have ever been to, the decor is great, but that is about it.
We bought VIP passes upon entry and proceeded to the VIP lounge, we wanted to go to the top floor of the VIP room so we went up.
5 minutes later a security guard came up to tell us that we need to go downstairs because that area is closed until it gets busy.
Half hour later we saw a guy and his girlfriend come down the stairway and he was still adjusting his pants. Later we noticed that
this guy knew the security and staff of Panama and that is why he was allowed to go upstairs and have sex when we just wanted to
go to dance on the balcony.
We then proceeded downstairs where my friend lit up a smoke, a security guard grabbed her by the hand and said she cannot smoke there.
Firstly he should not be touching her, secondly, there are no signs to say that smoking is not allowed!
Our night was starting to get a little annoying so we decided to have a seat while 3 of our other friends danced near us. We were later approached by
security who told us that we need to wake up because he wants to move the seats to somewhere else. I told him that it is very rude to ask someone
to wake up while they are relaxing.
On the stairway my other friend was approached by a security guard to put out his cigarette as well, and the guard was very rude.
they have a no collars and takkies policy, but all the friends of the owners and co-workers seemed to have been dressed very casually.
I am really disappointed in the service. We go out clubbing and pay alot of money to have fun and not to be annoyed the way we were.
They are so greedy for money that they don’t care what the capacity of the club can hold. There is no space left at all.
We left 2 hours into the night and proceeded to another club.
